Ganondagan

earth Altars- a collective experience of healing and renewal

Ganondagan's Earth Altar Community Project

Starting Saturday, June 26th

Ganondagan’s Earth Altar Project is designed to help build bridges between diverse communities and individuals in the Greater Rochester area by honoring life, death, sorrow, healing, and celebration. 2020 was a year unlike any other. It’s been one of the most eventful, unpredictable and challenging years in recent history. Although many of us would like to forget 2020, doing so would minimize our collective need to process what we have been through both collectively and individually. Our hope is that Ganondagan’s Earth Altar Project will provide safe spaces for us to connect, understand and process our individual and shared experiences, reflecting on the hurdles we’ve overcome, celebrating the joy, and looking forward to the possibilities of a better future.

A collective experience of healing and renewal at Ganondagan & throughout the Rochester community
